Working with both corporate and social teams, our Chef’s Challenges inspire creative, interactive and unique events that will leave your guests feeling as though they have made their own culinary mark.
Here is how it works:
Guests are divided into teams and the general rules for the evening are revealed. Teams are invited into our 5,000 square foot commercial kitchen where they find their pre-assigned cooking stations and don their team aprons and chef’s hats. Next, they meet their Team Event Chef, at which time the full competition rules are exposed. Each team has ten minutes to discuss the preparation and plate design of their given menu course. Then the creativity begins! Each team has one hour to complete their menu for the judges.
Judging is based on:
• Presentation • Taste • Creativity
Following the competition, guests will enjoy the hors d’oeuvres and three course meal each team has prepared. This is the time for guests to sit back, relax, enjoy a glass of wine, and of course, reflect on their performance.
